Οργάνωση
Arrange freely the players inside the square. Place 2 cones inside the square. Split the players into 2 teams of 4 players.
Περιγραφή
- The teams have to strike the cones with the ball whilst in possession
- The team without the ball have to block the passing lines trying to regain possession whist protecting the cones
- The players possessing the ball have to switch rapidly the playing zone to release the passing lines to strike the cones
Κανόνες
- 1 point for every cone shot down

- For younger players set 3 cones to make the exercise easier
